 I love what I do; helping Buyers and Sellers through this challenging but rewarding process. I enjoy being my clients advocates and connecting with them personally in order to best represent them.

 I have almost 30 years of real estate experience in the Seattle area and I use this wealth of knowledge and familiarity with the market to help my clients make the most informed decisions. During my numerous years spent living and working in Seattle, I have had the opportunity to build a strong network of resources and professionals to facilitate success for my clients. My understanding of pricing and marketing in this unique real estate market has helped me to successfully sell anything from condominiums to single family homes. My Interior design degree enhanced my keen eye for detail and the importance of a great first impression. My clients have appreciated my attention to detail, my exceptional organizational skills and my tenacity in getting their homes sold.

 I am a Top Producer in one of the most productive Coldwell Banker offices in North America and I am proud of my achievements (top 7% in sales). I was 2007 Rookie of the Year with my company and have been named Best in Customer Service by Seattle Magazine every year since 2007.

As a first time home buyer I had a lot of anxiety which was made even worse with the 2008 collapse, but through it all Kip remained patient with me, answered all my questions promptly, and reassured me about every step of the process.

    The house sold quickly

    Kip was helpful in a presale walk of the house with tips about what to do to get the house ready for sale and what items to not spend money on, as well as proper staging for showings. Once we priced the house to the correct market price, the house sold quickly. We were confident in the process that we had a seasoned pro handling our interests. He was instrumental in finding us a new place to live as well.
